They then have two purchase options.

a lease purchase option

OUR SERVICE IS OPEN TO BUSINESSES THAT:

Have an established and profitable business within the care sector or demonstrate you have access to funds to pay for the finished property.
Have good credit to be able to secure the finance to buy the property.

You tell us what type of property you are looking for, your preferred location and your budget.
Provide proof of funds and credit to cover purchase of development once completed.
We agree a final value and you decide whether you will buy out right at the end or take a lease with an option to purchase in 12 months.
If you decide to take a lease we will agree the annual lease fee and terms.
After 12 months trading you should be able to get a commercial business valuation which will be enough to purchase the building.
